Questions about the price
What is the price based on?
On the installed capacity of the project in kWp (DC), as stated on the order form and when the project is created. €0.25 per kWp, once. A project of 80 MWp therefore costs €20,000 net.
Does a second project cost again?
Yes, every project is billed once according to its capacity. The framework agreement stays in place and you create the new project yourself. Users, modules and exports are included again in every project at no extra charge.
Do additional users or subcontractors cost extra?
No. The number of users per project is unlimited, on site and in the office. The operational staff of your subcontractors and hauliers capture without a licence of their own.
When does the invoice arrive?
For the first project, 30 days after the start, see the onboarding guarantee. After that, when the project is created in the system, payable within 14 days net of receipt. On request we issue the invoice in e-invoice format (ZUGFeRD).
What happens after the project is completed?
The project enters an archive phase of twelve months. During that time you keep reading and exporting everything, but nothing new is captured. A longer archive phase can be agreed in writing.
Is there a minimum term?
The framework agreement runs for an indefinite period and can be terminated by either side with three months' notice to the end of a month. Projects already commissioned are unaffected and run to completion, including their archive phase.
